Is for The Gambian general public to have access to up-to-date reliable information on regular and irregular migration to Europe; whilst providing local alternatives for professional and economic development; Along with holistic support for those who have survived the back-way journey to Europe and returned to The Gambia voluntarily or by way of deportation.

AMAC’s unique approach is needed to deter prospect migrants from unscrupulous profit-making traffickers who prey on illegal immigrants for sexual exploitation and criminalization, due to  their vulnerable economic circumstances.

AMAC’s first initiative started in The Gambia, West Africa, however, we also aim to replicate this tried and tested model across other neighbouring West African countries.
